7. All horses competing in Regional Championships classes must remain on the competition
grounds from the time of entry to the grounds and for the duration of their Regional Championships
classes. If required to remain overnight, horses must be stabled on the competition

NEW VHC rule for 2011:
The Virginia Horse Center, in compliance with Virginia State Law,
requires a current coggins to be presented upon arrival for any event.
In addition, if you are traveling ACROSS STATE LINES, Federal Law requires that you have a health certificate within 30 days of traveling.
